Course Overview:

This year-long course offers a comprehensive study of high school biology using the Apologia Biology textbook. Taught from a creation-based perspective, the curriculum emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical application through extensive hands-on laboratory work. Students will engage with fundamental biological principles, explore the intricate design of the natural world, and develop critical thinking skills essential for scientific inquiry.

Instructor: Dr. Joel Brown, PhD in Molecular Biology, Director of the Creation Research Society Textbook: Apologia Biology Class Schedule: Fridays, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm Location: VanAndel Creation Research Center (Creation Research Society), on the campus of Arizona Christian University (Glendale, AZ) Course Duration: 32 weeks/classes of content, spread over the academic year.
